Your information and your request.
How this website handles contact details and project information.
Contact and requests
Requests from this website are emailed to MultiConcurrent at info@multiconcurrent.nl. The message includes your name, email, telephone number, postcode, town, chosen service, timing, description and optional attachments, together with the website and source page. These details are used to respond to and discuss your request. Do not send identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical processing
The website is hosted by TransIP. The form does not create a customer database on the website. Uploaded attachments are processed for the email. To limit automated submissions, the server keeps a keyed hash of the requesting IP address and submission times; records older than 24 hours are removed when the form is next used. The hosting and email providers may process technical logs to operate and secure their services.
Questions about your information
For access, correction, deletion or questions about retention of your request, contact info@multiconcurrent.nl. The recipient handles the request and any subsequent project correspondence. Further information is available in MultiConcurrent’s privacy policy.
Cookies and external links
This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. You can minimise the contact figure and reopen it with the contact button. It appears again on the next page; no preference is stored. Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open an external service, whose privacy information also applies.
